Ayushi Gudwani

Ayushi Gudwani is the Founder and CEO of FS Life (previously known as FableStreet), a company she established in February 2016. Based in the New Delhi area of India, Gudwani's company focuses on creating thoughtful and relevant homegrown brands for the modern Indian woman.1

Prior to founding her own company, Gudwani had a successful career at McKinsey & Company. She held several positions there, including:

During her time at McKinsey, she gained expertise in various sectors, including healthcare, industrial goods, telecom, banking, and chemicals. Her responsibilities included leading multiple engagements and guiding diverse teams on projects ranging from strategy to operations and due diligence.1

Gudwani's educational background is impressive. She holds a BE in Electronics Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, where she ranked 2nd in her department and 6th in the university among 900 students. She also completed her PGDM in Strategy and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where she was an IIMC Silver medalist, ranking 2nd among 360 students.1

On her social media profile, Gudwani describes herself as an entrepreneur, founder of FableStreet, ex-McKinsey employee, day dreamer, music lover, and Crossfit fan. She also mentions being "perennially on a diet," suggesting a lighthearted approach to personal health and fitness.4

Under Gudwani's leadership, FableStreet has become a premium workwear brand for women. The company specializes in curating made-for-the-office clothes with functional designs, using an 'FS Sizing Algorithm' to create ensembles that look great on all body sizes.2
