Gusti Agung Ayu Pramitasari-Arvian is a PhD Candidate in the College of Education, specializing in exploring the impact of non-formal education on rural youth agency.
With over twenty-five years of professional experience in consulting, central banking, and financial services, Ayu has focused on change management and human capital development in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia.
Passionate about education and addressing youth poverty, Ayu established a free non-formal education center for disadvantaged children and has been a speaker at numerous events on talent development, change management, leadership, economic development, and financial planning.
Ayu is actively involved in promoting Australia-Indonesia partnerships through the Australia-Indonesia Business Council (AIBC) and supports Charles Darwin University's collaborations with educational institutions in Indonesia.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Padjadjaran in Indonesia, completed her Master of Business Administration at Monash University in Australia, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Future Education at Charles Darwin University.
