Ayla Parham-Cortez

Ayla Parham-Cortez is a highly educated individual with a passion for teaching and global education. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology and Secondary Education in Unified Science from Park University, where she also studied abroad at Al Akhawayn University. After completing her studies, Ayla worked as a Science Teacher for Kansas City Public Schools and gained experience as an Office Assistant for the Office of Global Education and Study Abroad at Park University. In addition, Ayla has held positions such as Summer Assistant Horticulturist for the City of Ozark, Summer Research Intern for North Dakota State University, Resident Assistant at Park University, Literacy Assistant through Work Study, and Summer Camp Counselor for Springfield-Greene County Parks Board.
