Ayhan Çerçi

Ayhan Çerçi is a seasoned Training Technology/Project Expert with a vast array of experience in various cutting-edge technologies, including Learning Management Systems, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), Gamification, VR & AR Technology, 3D modeling, synthetic environments, Game-Based Learning, Serious Games, and Simulation projects on both national and international scales.

His expertise spans across different project methodologies such as waterfall and agile, as well as in presentation techniques, training design, life-long learning, product life cycle, and adult learning & training.

Ayhan holds a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems from Istanbul Bilgi University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Baskent University, and an Associate of Science (AS) in Software Development from Anadolu University.

Having worked at renowned organizations like HAVELSAN, Koç University, Bilfen Eğitim Kurumları, SANLAB Simulation, Viscom, MadByte Games, BITES, and ICON Perception Management Inc., Ayhan currently focuses on Simulation-Based Training and VR-AR Training projects at Havelsan, a leading software and systems company in the region.
