Her professional background includes extensive experience in finance, deal-making, and technology. Prior to her current role, Edrey worked at Bank Leumi, Israel's largest bank, where she was involved in financing large mergers and acquisitions. She also served as the Assistant Vice President of Strategy and M&A at M-Systems/Sandisk, contributing to a major M&A deal valued at $1.5 billion. Additionally, she was a Principal at Apax Partners in Tel Aviv, focusing on investments in technology companies, and held a product management position at Mercury Interactive, which was acquired by HP. Earlier in her career, she spent six years at Intel’s R&D Center in Israel in various management and development roles.
