Highlights
Imagine fixing bugs before you even knew they were reported - that’s what Alexandra Sunderland has unlocked with AI agents.
This week’s podcast episode is extra special; our guest is Alexandra Sunderland, VP of Engineering at Fellow.
Alexandra has been building with me for over a decade, and she’s now leading the charge on how we use AI and agents inside Fellow every single day.
In this episode, she shares: • How she DMs Cursor from Slack to spin up background agents that spec, code, and test while she’s in meetings • Why “agents” aren’t tiny employees, but focused workflows that actually get things done • A @zapier + @FellowAInotes workflow that acts like a Chief of Staff, summarizing every meeting she has access to - even the ones she didn’t attend • The future of documentation (hint: it might disappear)
It’s a rare behind-the-scenes look at how we’re building the future of work at Fellow, and how these workflows give leaders superpowers.

If your newsletter wrote itself… would you finally send one?
In the latest This New Way episode, Alex Lee shows how his team cut newsletter creation time from 6 hours down to just 30 minutes by using AI to handle everything from content summaries to branded HTML.
He demoed it live, plus also showed us how he uses Claude to write client reports straight from Google Drive.
