Avreliya Shapiro

Avreliya Shapiro is an Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist with a rich and diverse background in the field of psychiatry.

She obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Avreliya Shapiro has held various positions in prestigious organizations, including her current role as a Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, an Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist at Maimonides Medical Center, and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Hofstra North Shore LIJ School of Medicine.
