Avneet Singh Riat is a seasoned People & Change leader with a strong background in enterprise transformation across various industries.

With over 15 years of experience, Avneet has excelled in roles encompassing strategy, commercial & business process review, org design, portfolio delivery, and C-level stakeholder management.

His expertise spans e-commerce, financial services, retail, legal, and public services both as a client and a consultant.

Avneet's core competencies include General Management, People Leadership, Portfolio Management, P&L Ownership, Change Management, and Target Operating Model Design.

He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business with Tourism from the University of Westminster, complemented by A Levels in Business Studies, Geography, and Economics from The British School, New Delhi.

Currently, Avneet holds the position of Group Head Of Change Management at Just Eat Takeaway.com, and has previously served in leadership roles at organizations like ASAP Property Solutions Ltd, Northdoor plc, EY, and NatWest Group.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Avneet is involved in a side venture in property and serves as the community football club secretary.
