With a strong educational background, Aviva holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting, Costing, Economics, and Financial Management from RA Podar College of Commerce. She also pursued her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at the Sloan School of Management. In addition, she is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Aviva's professional journey includes roles at renowned organizations where she showcased her expertise and skills. She was involved in Onboarding Project Management for Digital Assets at Solarisbank AG, served as an Operations & Strategy MBA Intern at Hashdex, and held the position of Director of Business Development at Vala. Prior to these roles, she worked as Assistant Vice President, Operations at State Bank of India, gained experience as a Semi Senior Auditor at BDO Ziv Haft, served as a Project Manager at Cukierman & Co. Investment House, and contributed as a Consultant at Ernst & Young Pvt. Ltd.
