Aviv Yonas is the VP of HR at Team8, a global venture group that builds and invests in companies specializing in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data science, AI, and fintech.14 With over 15 years of experience in tech recruiting and HR, Aviv joined Team8 about two years ago and has played a crucial role in the company-building process of several portfolio companies.1

As VP of HR, Aviv's primary mission is to hire the best talents to create and build Team8's new companies in various sectors, including cybersecurity, data science, fintech, and digital health.2 She believes that recruiting has a major impact on startups, considering the process of building the first core team as one of the critical pillars of a company's success.1
