Avital Sincai, a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in tech startups, serves as the COO at Cydome. With extensive international experience, Avital has played key roles in founding and leading companies, securing funding, and introducing innovative technologies to the market. Avital holds over a decade of expertise in commercial transactions, M&A, and legal matters. Noteworthy achievements include co-founding Menri Group Ltd., driving cancer treatment research, and establishing the Spark Accelerator in collaboration with Maalot for high-tech startups. Avital's professional journey also includes heading the High Tech & IP practice at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co., where they managed significant M&A deals for local and multinational entities. Recognized as an influential figure by Geektime in 2015, Avital previously managed intellectual property at SNE IP, overseeing the commercialization of IP for all academic institutions in Israel. Beyond their corporate engagements, Avital engages in academic lectures, mentors startups, and participates as a judge in entrepreneurial competitions. Avital's educational background encompasses a Bachelor's degree in Laws and Business Administration from The Hebrew University and an MBA in Business Management from Bar-Ilan University.
