Avishta Seeras is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background.

Avishta holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Spanish & Latin American Studies from the University of Alberta.

Furthermore, Avishta studied at the Universidad de Oriente in Cuba, enriching her academic experience.

Complementing her BA, Avishta also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta.

Avishta Seeras has been actively engaged in various organizations and roles showcasing her versatile skill set.

She currently serves as a Community Translator at Edmonton Immigrant Services Association, where her language skills are put to good use.

Previously, Avishta has worked as a Language and Culture Assistant at the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, highlighting her passion and expertise in language.

Her experience also extends to immigration consulting, having worked as an Associate Immigration Consultant at SYMY Immigration Consultants and Recruitment.

Avishta Seeras has a background in education as well, having been a Business English Teacher at BUSINESS ENGLISH LEADERS.

Moreover, she has international experience as a Congress Communications Manager & Delegate Service Leader at AIESEC en Colombia.

Adding to her teaching experience, Avishta has also been an English Language Teacher in Colombia, working on the Shape Colombia project with the Secretaría de Educación Pública.

Her professional journey includes roles in retail and customer service as well, having worked as a Group Sales Associate and later as a Guest Services Representative at West Edmonton Mall Property Inc.

Avishta Seeras has also been involved in event management as an Exhibit Supervisor for 'Diana: A Celebration Exhibit' at West Edmonton Mall.

Additionally, she has practical experience in the field of theatre, having worked as a Seamstress/Cutter during her Practicum at The University of Alberta Studio Theatre.
