His expertise spans E2E Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Digital Transformation, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Board/ CXO searches, Succession Planning, Compensation Benchmarking, Data and Analytics, Process Digitization, Mobility, and Employment Branding.

He has worked across various industries including Consumer, Internet, Technology, Hospitality & Real Estate, Banking & Financial services, Management Consulting, Telecom, ITES, and Pharmaceuticals. Currently, Avisekh heads talent acquisition for OYO, overseeing strategic, lateral, and volume hiring, while also leading Employee Engagement initiatives to enhance work culture, career development, and workplace happiness.

Prior to his role at OYO, he served as the Asia Pacific head of Executive Hiring for Genpact, managing recruitment across India, Australia, Philippines, Malaysia, China, and Japan. Avisekh brings a decade of experience from his time at Executive Access, an international search firm, where he held market-making and delivery roles.

Avisekh Agarwal earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, and an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad.

He has also worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for PayU Group Entities at PayU, further showcasing his diverse and extensive experience in the HR and recruitment domain.
