Avery Hardy is an accomplished environmentalist, with a focus on ecological and cultural regeneration through appropriate land management and ethnoecology. With a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and a double minor in Environmental Design and City & Regional Planning, Avery combines an interdisciplinary approach to the challenge of creating sustainable ecosystems. Avery has worn many hats through work with organizations such as the Regenesis Institute, UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design, Bay Area Open Space Council, and UC Santa Barbara's Marine Science Institute. Avery has experience as a Course Administrator at the Regenesis Institute, Assistant Reserve Manager, and research positions and internships focused on permaculture, horticulture, restoration, and cooperative development.
