As the Chief People Officer at Spring Activator, Avary is spearheading efforts to expand their programs into the United States while dedicating herself to advocating for Reproductive Justice, ensuring access to reproductive healthcare for all in the US.

Her rich background includes co-founding Conveners.org, where she leveraged her skills in facilitation, experience design, capacity building trainings, neuroscience, and human-centered design to enhance the impact of convening as a catalyst for change.

During her tenure, she collaborated with Kaiser Permanente, contributing to the development of innovative programs like resiliencecompass.org, focusing on resilience and healthcare.

Avary has also been involved in various initiatives supported by the Australian Government aimed at bolstering the entrepreneurial ecosystem in South and South-East Asia.

Her specialties encompass experience design, due diligence, business development, systemic facilitation, finance, environmental sustainability, social and environmental metric development, and ecology.
