Austin Potenza is a founding shareholder of the Firm and the head of the Corporate/Transactional Practice Group with a specialization in corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, health law, estate planning, and tax planning.
He holds certification from the State Bar of Arizona as a tax law specialist and has extensive experience as general counsel for clients in various legal matters.
Austin is a sought-after speaker on business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and health law, with a background in teaching at reputable institutions such as Arizona State University, the University of San Francisco, AT Still University, and the ASU Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
His education includes a Juris Doctor from ASU College of Law, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Southern Utah University, and Paramedic studies at Clark County Community College, along with high school education at Garden City High School and The Waldorf School of Garden City.
