Austin Nalen

Austin Nalen is a successful business professional with a diverse range of experiences that have prepared him for his current role as an MBA/MPH candidate at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Prior to beginning his academic pursuit, Nalen began his career as an Associate at Oxeon Partners before transitioning to become an Investment Partner at Arrow Capital. He then pursued a role as a Program and Operations Fellow at Gardens for Health International before taking on an MBA Private Equity intern position at The Riverside Company. Following his stint there, he was Finance Summer Associate at Genentech and soon after, an Intern at Foresite Capital. Nalen is also a seasoned learner with an extensive academic background. He studied at the Sun Valley Community School and the School Year Abroad in Spain in high school. He then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and participated in a Study Abroad program in Tanzania sponsored by the School for International Training.
