With a background in sociology and sport management, Austin earned his B.A. from UC Santa Barbara and maintained a stellar academic record throughout his high school years at Aliso Niguel High School. Before his current role, he held key positions such as General Manager, Sales & Marketing Director, and Chief Brand Officer at Rancho Caymus Inn, showcasing his versatility and leadership skills across various industries. Prior to his tenure at MatchCraft, he also served in different roles within the company, including Sr. Client Services Manager and Director of Marketing.
