Augustin Sayer

Augustin Sayer is an experienced investor at the Seed stage, focusing on startups and teams in France and Israel with ticket sizes ranging from €500k/$500k to €5M/$5M. He has a keen interest in companies with an international mindset from day one and can be contacted at augustin@newfundcap.com.

With a diverse educational background, Augustin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School, and a B.A. in Economics from New York University. He also studied at Lycée Français de New York, showcasing his international perspective.

In terms of professional experience, Augustin is currently a Partner at Newfund, where he leverages his expertise in investing. Prior to this role, he served as an Advisor at Impact Ventures Partners and as a Board Member at FairMoney. He also has an entrepreneurial background, having been the Co-Founder and former CEO at Rescata, Inc.

Augustin's previous roles include positions at Lomas Capital, Colony Capital, Inc., and Lazard, where he held various positions such as Investment Principal, Associate, and Senior Analyst. His extensive experience in finance and investment has shaped his career and enabled him to make valuable contributions in the industry.
