Audrey Wu

Audrey Wu is an accomplished entrepreneur and advocate for women's health, currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Techstars. She has a diverse background that spans several industries, including investment banking, artificial intelligence (AI), and healthcare.

Education and Early Career

Audrey studied Art History at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She furthered her education with a certificate in International Women's Health and Human Rights from Stanford University and has also studied Machine Learning.1 Her career began in investment banking before transitioning into innovation within the tech sector.

Entrepreneurial Ventures

Audrey is the co-founder and COO of Ruth Health, a Y Combinator-backed startup focused on transforming women's health through technology. She co-invented a speculum device with Dioptra, which has received FDA grants and is currently patent-pending.2 Prior to Ruth Health, she was the CEO and co-founder of Convrg, an AI-powered voice and messaging platform that partnered with notable brands like Estée Lauder.

Mentorship and Advocacy

In addition to her entrepreneurial roles, Audrey serves as a mentor at Techstars, where she guides emerging tech entrepreneurs. She is also involved with the advisory board of South by Southwest (SXSW), contributing her insights to promote female leadership in tech.3
