In order to get buy-in across the organization, executed an extensive communication plan to senior leaders, area leads and staff across Allstate.  Responsibilities included collaborating with a group of SME’s to develop the process, documenting, socializing, and gaining alignment across the technology enterprise.
•	Apply vast knowledge of the financial and PMO processes to educate portfolio senior leaders on how effort hours and resource allocations tie to financial expenses, which improved the financial acumen across Agency Pay leadership and allowed for better business decision making.
•	Implemente a dedicated project manager model, reducing the Agency Pay PM support team by 5 FTEs.   Identified opportunity for gaining efficiency by transitioning the responsibility of managing Agency Pay deliverables to overall project PMs.
