Atta Rehman

Atta Rehman is a dedicated professional who focuses on developing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through sustainable partnerships and investments in key sectors of developing countries to combat poverty, improve quality of life, and foster inclusive economic growth. Currently, Atta works as a Specialist SME Development at the International Trade Center on the EU-funded GRASP project in Pakistan. Formerly, he held positions at Market Development Facility, Aga Khan Rural Support Program, and Hindukush Rural Support Organization, among others. Atta's expertise includes partnership development, private sector engagement, SME development, program design and implementation, and market systems development. He is also skilled in areas such as result-based measurement, business resilience strategy, rural entrepreneurship modeling, and inclusive practices like WEE and disability inclusion.
