Atish Das Sarma

Atish Das Sarma is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the data industry, specializing in machine learning, data science, and data-driven software engineering.

His impressive background includes founding and scaling organizations such as the Apple Cloud Machine Learning division, where he spearheaded efforts in ML, Experimentation, and iCloud Subscriptions Optimization.

Prior to his role at Apple, Atish played a pivotal role in optimizing revenue strategies for Twitter, overseeing Video Ads and Mobile Ad Exchange optimization.

Atish also has a history of successful ventures, having founded a startup that was acquired by Twitter, in addition to contributing his expertise at eBay, Google Research, and Yahoo!.

Currently, Atish leads the Growth Engineering team at Patreon, managing multiple full-stack teams dedicated to enhancing critical user experiences and driving essential business metrics.

With a strong academic background, Atish holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
