Projects Delivered:

The Army/Capita

•	Currently worked on delivering a £2 million Army Officer Recruitment Campaign in two months.
•	Campaign toured 20 universities in October and November this year
•	Worked with a wide variety of stakeholders from The Army and Capita colleagues
•	Owned and managed entire project from concept through to delivery, working closely with creative, web developers, logistics partners, to liaising with universities, attending weekly meetings at client site and managing the team internally

Shell

•	Successfully delivered a $1million project within one month for Shell Ideas360, covering both UK and US universities in November 2014. 
•	Due to successful delivery of project in November 2014, client agreed to a 6 month retainer to continue delivering against the project.
•	Continued to manage the Shell Ideas360 project for their entire season and project managed final event in Holland.

Projects undertaken for Telefónica:
•	Telefónica Digital – Small microsite build to support their  recruitment activity
•	Talentum Microsite – Supporting Telefónica with their emerging talent attraction. Developed a fully responsive microsite to promote internships, Graduate vacancies and apprenticeships across all countries. 
•	Refresh and UX work on the Telefónica Rewards site –  For 2011, we re-skinned the Telefónica Rewards website (www.telefonicarewards.com), produced printed collateral to promote the flexible benefits window, undertook a UX exercise to help improve candidate journey. This resulted in a 30% increase of people registering their benefits in the three week flexible window. Have now delivered a complete re-build of this site and fully responsive
•	Organising a Networking Event – This event was tied in with their Employee Referral Scheme. Produced collateral and marketing material to promote event. The aim was to promote careers within Telefónica and start building a bank of people they could network with post event. The event has resulted in 3 hires.
•	Telefónica Skills for the Future videos – working with the Skills for the Future team to produce a selection of videos that will promote different routes to entry within Telefónica. All videos will be used internally and externally.

Pizza Hut
•	Careers site build – Developed a new concept, visited sites, engaged with their staff to ensure that the site would meet the client and users needs. Site has resulted in a 50% increase of applications and a better quality of candidates. 

William Grant & Sons

•	Worked with client to create a career mapping tool for all employees across the organisation
•	Based on a set of competencies, employees are able to see where their career can take them within the organisation and establish careers outside of their existing department.
•	All work was outlined in a Statement of Work which the client and Penna worked within. 
•	Site was delivered on time and on budget.

Brand Development, strategic delivery on a variety of Local and Central Government clients. Delivering on high profile campaigns for my clients. Introducing clients to the uses of Social Media and Online methods. Looking at their internal comms and how this can be improved. Working with clients to help improve the full recruitment process, developing onboarding sites.

Penna Barkers

Account Director

To develop existing client relationships and ensure they are aware of the total Penna offering. I work closely with the Lead Client Partner within for Tesco, ensuring that all leads are acted upon and no opportunity is left unturned. Recent projects for Tesco have been: recruitment of Food Buyers and Technical Managers internationally for their Group Food Sourcing Business. All of the inventory was campaign managed and reported to the client on a weekly basis. Although the budget was £10k, the attraction campaign generated at least 15 candidates for each role. I have just launched their annual Healthcare campaign for Pharmacists and Optometrists, with all traffic going to dedicated microsites that we developed for each area. Budget for this campaign was £90k. Am currently working on their Store Support campaigns, with a potential annual budget of £120k. I am also working with them to develop their Head Office Refer a Friend Scheme. 

With the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, each project is won through a competitive bid and is a joint account with Recruitment and Assessment. Recent projects have been the recruitment of the FCO’s most senior Legal Adviser, where we worked closely with the Head of the Foreign Office and the current Legal Adviser on this campaign. Other projects have been Forced Marriage Caseworker, FCO’s graduate summer internship programme and the recruitment of Clinic Nurses in Nigeria and Bangladesh. With current spend restrictions, all campaigns have been delivered within £20k and profitably. 

For Pizza Hut, I am currently working on refreshing their Careers site, with a view to updating their site on an annual basis with new features. 

With traditional recruitment activity at an all time low, I am currently looking at creating a new profitable revenue stream with Middlesex University.

Penna Barkers 				London

This project, which has recently been completed, was for a photographer, whose aim was to get his work published. We held a Photography launch, where members of the public were able to see this exhibition and it also gave publishers the opportunity to see the work displayed. This has been successful and my client is now in the process of negotiating exhibition work at larger galleries.

As an Account Executive, my role was to develop and build relationships with existing clients. My key roles consist of daily contact with clients via telephone or attending face to face meetings in order to deal with any of their Recruitment Advertising needs successfully. I prepare and analyse monthly spend reports for certain clients. I am a mediator between media and clients and take care of some Internal Recruitment Advertising needs for our clients, such as preparing an Internal Bulletin. I write Recruitment adverts for clients, and make their adverts cost effective. My understanding of the Welsh, National and specialist press has increased. I have also attended New Business pitches, which has enhanced my presentation skills.

After persuading my client to get a poetry book published, I made the necessary contacts. I wrote press releases and devised other forms of publicity material to make the public aware of this poet. I placed my client on the Internet and organised a book launch. I also found a suitable charity to donate all profits.

Two days work experience was undertaken on a film set of 'Whatever Happened to Harold Smith?' Able to watch how a film was put together. Interviewed Director of the film, Peter Hewitt, as part of my assignment.; Film Editor of S Press
I have worked on 10 publications of this student magazine. Worked closely with the designers, in order to create a personal style. I was a part of regular editorial meetings, where teamwork played a decisive role.

PR Officer

Successfully undertook a PR project. I played a major role in organising International Week of Culture event. Contacts were made with local media and organisations. Doubled the attendance figures from last year's event. I successfully publicised the event and implemented market research methods. Assisted the Marketing Manager in projects. Market Research was undertaken of shops, which were in direct competition to the Union shop. 
Responsibility was placed on me to keep a particular site updated with current publicity. Regular mail shots were planned in order to create further revenue for the Union. An important task for me was to develop a Marketing strategy for the Christmas period and how we should publicise these facilities. My ideas were presented to a panel of key members within the Union. Group work played an integral part within this role and regular meetings were held with the team leader.
