• Led the end-to-end redesign of the currently in-production Mint iOS app and grew our monthly active user base to an all-time high

• Led our Goals / Motivation / Behavioral Science / Financial system teams and Partnered with Behavioral Scientists and Certified Financial Professionals to redefine, overhaul, and redesign “Personal Financial Management" tools in Mint

• Community Building and Student Outreach — UCSD Design Co Partnership lead and coach. My friends and I founded the design group at UCSD and I was excited to partner with them more closely when I moved back to San Diego. Held an open house, helped the team create and run a competitive summer internship for students who lost their’s due to COVID-19, and led a 90+ attendance workshop on Rapid Prototyping with Intuit’s Design for Delight process.

• Designed a flow for a new-to-the-world capability that helped over 1M TurboTax users import their tax information into Turbo to see their Financial Health

• Designed a feature to allow users to share access with people in their households in order to collectively track their tax-verified income, credit scores, and debt-to-income ratio.

Senior Product Designer @ Mint | Turbo

• Designed Intuit’s first ecosystem project, Mint2Tax, where we leveraged tax information across product boundaries to help users seamlessly import their tax documents from Mint into TurboTax for filing. 

• Designed Intuit’s second ecosystem project, PaychecksInMint, where we helped customers who get paid via Intuit Small Businesses take control of their finances by seeing their paychecks in Mint. 

• Designed am update to our Credit score feature to help customers understand what changed in their score since it was last updated and why. 

• Contributed to the design of a credit-score-first experiment that gave way to the creation of an entirely new Intuit product, Turbo , which became the fastest growing financial app ever.

Lead designer for the Workers Compensation Payment Service (WCPS), an add-on to Intuit payroll that helps small business owners save time and increase cash flow by automatically paying their Workers Comp Insurance Premiums on a Pay as You Go basis. 

• Led cross-functional and WCPS Design Research Initiative (research, insights, synthesis, design provocations)
