Ashwin Chandrasekaran is a highly motivated and detail-oriented engineer with extensive experience in aircraft and automobile manufacturing processes. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Technology from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor's degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering from Anna University. His expertise lies in providing work instructions, composite material, shop floor control, and aircraft production line planning.

Throughout his career, Ashwin has worked in various organizations, including Vantage Robotics, Impossible Aerospace, and ICON Aircraft, where he served as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer, Composite Structures, Final Assembly Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineering Intern.

Additionally, he has experience as a Graduate Assistant at the Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a Student Facilitator at the Health Career Opportunity Program at UCSF, a Senior Project-Process Improvement, and Quality Control at Ford Motor Company, and a Production Intern at Vaishnavee Enterprises.
