Dr. Ashu Agarwal is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in Materials Science and Engineering.
He holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida, and a BTech in Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Dr. Agarwal is currently an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Miami, where he also previously served as an Assistant Professor and Associate Director of the DJT Macdonald Foundation Biomedical Nanotechnology Institute.
Prior to his current role, he was the Co-founder and CSO at Bio-Vitro, Inc., demonstrating his entrepreneurial skills and leadership abilities.
Dr. Agarwal's academic journey includes postdoctoral fellowships at prestigious institutions such as the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, Harvard University, and Columbia University.
His industry experience includes working as an executive engineer at Vedanta Resources.
