Ashraf Mirghani is an accomplished marketing professional with more than 12 years of experience leading transformative and integrated marketing strategies. He has excelled in various industries, employing his subject matter expertise to bring strategic solutions to complex business challenges. Ashraf has guided and motivated multicultural teams both externally and internally, uncovering their strengths to meet objectives. He has led digital marketing thought leadership across organizations, including overseeing multiple complex projects, P&L management, budget monitoring, program management, risk assessment, process improvement, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Ashraf's career highlights include achieving significant year-over-year growth with increases for three years in a row. He has successfully exceeded ROI and KPI goals of Malaysia and Egypt's global operations through close collaboration with Asian and Chinese developers to produce analytical models to measure marketing campaigns, visual renders, and podcasts. Ashraf is continually evolving and adapting with an entrepreneurial spirit to translate the organization's visions into goals while generating creatively brilliant and measurable results with a cultural impact.

Ashraf studied B.Sc (Hons) at The National Ribat University, earned a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing at DM3 Institute, and currently studies an MBA Candidate at SBS Swiss Business School. He is a Co-Founder at 249 Collective and has previously held various positions, including Managing Director - G1 Online, Strategic Advisor at Cake Station Sudan, Head of Special Projects, Head of Wholesale & Distribution, General Manager - The Gallery Workshop, and Web Manager – all at Gallery One Group. In addition, Ashraf worked as a Senior Product Manager at Tahadi Games Media, IT and Administrative Manager at Navi Real Estate Brokers, Senior IT & Translator at National Academy For Professional Training, and Managing Partner at NURCELL.
