The Proprietor, Mr. Ashok Juneja, has qualifications of Company Secretary (FCS), Cost accountancy (AICWA), Law Graduate (LL.B), Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) and M.Com etc. He has also undergone Foundation Course for Investment Professionals from European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.

Ensuring Legal Regulatory Compliances with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Listing & Delisting, FEMA, Corporate Laws, Structuring & Restructuring, Merchant Banking,  IPO/Right/FPO, GDR/ADR, FDI, Valuation of Corporate and Shares, Raising Offshore Fund through Mauritius route etc.  
We have also excellent exposure in Due Diligence, ensuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Takeover Code, Establishment of Liaison Office/Branch office/ WOS of foreign companies,  arranging Finance from Institutions/Banks, Private fiananciers, Angel Investors/ Venture capitialists/ Private equity Capital (Foreign as well as domestic), preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR)/ Information Memorandum (IM) etc.
