Ashley J. Reid

Ashley Reid is a full-time Birchbox Discovery Specialist with a rich background in operations, talent management, and human resources. With experience as a Manager, she excels in recruiting and leading both youth and adult talent. Ashley's skill set includes online recruiting, leadership, onboarding, customer experience, project management, and social networking. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Iona College and a NYS Regents Diploma in Law Magnet from Gorton High School. Previously, she has held positions such as Customer Operations Specialist at Birchbox, Talent Manager at L'il Angels Unlimited, Director of Human Resources at LifeWorx, and Recruiting Manager at LifeWorx.
