Ashley Pletz is a highly accomplished individual with a background in public policy, early childhood education, and sociology. She holds a master's degree in both Public Policy and Early Childhood Education and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Harvard University. Ashley's vast experience includes serving as the Director of the Birth-to-Three Program at The Primary School, Director of Early Childhood Education at Teach For America, Founding Teacher, Grade Level Chair at KIPP Chicago and a Corps Member at Teach For America. She was also a Harvard Presidential Public Service Fellow, where she worked as a consultant at the NYC Department of Education. Ashley's areas of interest and expertise include early childhood education, public policy, community development, and social and urban policy.
