At Oatly, Ashley built an industry-leading Global Sustainability Department, designed a global corporate sustainability strategy, and helped the company make significant strides in environmental and social goals.1 Her work included sourcing 100% renewable electricity for operations, achieving 89% of packaging made from renewable or recycled materials, and improving diversity, equity, and inclusion among employees.1
During her time in government service, Ashley was part of the U.S. team that negotiated the Paris Agreement on Climate Change in 2015.1 She has also overseen multi-million dollar climate change partnerships and programs, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex global organizations and form partnerships across cultures.12
