She has also held positions as Global Arbitrage Analyst/Trader in Equities, ETFs, Futures & Options at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, and as a Trader in Equities, Futures & Options at Forza Capital Management.

Through her tenured experience, Ashley has developed a strong trading acumen which has greatly contributed to her successful career and recognition in the finance industry. In her current role as Trader - Fixed Income at Russell Investments, she actively manages various strategies and continues to demonstrate her proficiency in trading.
