Ashley Fyffe is a dedicated professional with a passion for driving value to Tennessee's hospitals through operational effectiveness and financial margin improvements. As a vital member of THA Solutions Group, Ashley is instrumental in managing member hospital relationships, identifying healthcare trends, selecting appropriate services and tools, and ultimately enhancing the mission of the Tennessee Hospital Association.

With a solid educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from East Tennessee State University, Ashley brings a well-rounded skill set to her role.

In addition to her role at THA Solutions Group, Ashley is also actively involved as a self-employed mom and previously served as the Director of Operations at the organization. Her expertise spans project management, business development, partnership management, member and vendor communication, and revenue growth strategies, all aimed at advancing the healthcare landscape in Tennessee.
