During her time at True Search, Ashley was an early member of the People and Talent Practice, contributing to the firm's growth from 100 to over 900 employees over seven years.1 Prior to True Search, she led sales and business operations recruiting for Counsyl, a genetic testing company backed by Founders Fund and Felicis Ventures.12

Ashley specializes in building leadership functions for high-growth organizations and providing counsel to CEOs and founders during critical moments of company scaling.1 She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a Minor in Managing for Sustainability from California State University, Chico.2
