Ashley DelBianco

Ashley DelBianco is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in government administration, educational leadership, and literacy.

She holds a Master of Government Administration (M.G.A.) and a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Reading/Writing/Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Smith College.

Ashley's experience includes roles such as Program Manager in Innovation Management at the Office of Innovation & Technology and Program Manager in Public Computing Centers at the Division of Technology, both within the City of Philadelphia.
