Ashley Cluster is an experienced Hospitality and People Professional with a track record of inspiring a culture of energy, vitality, and community. She has a comprehensive skill set covering Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Food & Beverage.

Ashley pursued her education with a focus on Hospitality Management, having studied for an Associate's Degree at The Community College of Baltimore County. She also holds a High School Diploma from Old Mill Senior High School.

Her career has been marked by key roles in well-known organizations within the hospitality industry. She has served as General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing at GF Hotels & Resorts, previously holding the same positions at Driftwood Hospitality Management. Prior to that, Ashley was the General Manager at Rod 'N' Reel Resort, and has also worked as a Property Revenue Manager/Sales Coordinator at GF Hotels & Resorts and as a Front Office Supervisor at MCR Development LLC.
