Ashley Carter is an experienced professional in the field of education, with a career spanning over thirteen years. Inspired by a family of educators, Ashley has a strong passion for advocating social justice initiatives in both personal and professional capacities. Their expertise lies in providing direct supervision, collaborating with diverse communities, and managing programs for success. Noteworthy accomplishments include reopening the Women’s Resource Center and establishing the STEPS learning community for African American students at the University of the Pacific. Ashley has also taught at the Ignatian Leadership Institute and worked on the African American Scholars Project.
