Ashley O. Brundage is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, officially starting her role on May 13, 2024. She brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the affordable housing sector, having previously served for 17 years at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas as the Executive Director of Housing Stability and Senior Vice President of Community Impact. In this capacity, she was a key figure in initiatives that provided significant rental assistance and funding to various nonprofits, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic.124
Brundage is also recognized for her leadership as the founding board chair of the Dallas Housing Coalition, where she has been instrumental in advocating for policy reforms to create and protect affordable housing in Dallas.
