She has a rich background in sales and marketing, having worked for renowned companies like AT&T Business Sales, Cox Communications, Kellogg Company, Automatic Data Processing, and Teany Beverages.

During her tenure at various companies, Ashleigh excelled in meeting and surpassing sales targets, prospecting, cold calling, building client relationships, strategic planning, utilizing CRM software, and managing projects effectively.

Transitioning to a new career path, Ashleigh has delved into the music industry as a songwriter. Her debut single, "Sweet Lover," made it to the UK buzz chart at #22, and subsequent releases climbed up various charts including hitting #22 on the Aria club chart. She maintains a fruitful partnership with international recording artist Inaya Day and collaborates with emerging talents like Rasul A-Salaam, Devonde, and Mia.
