Ashlee Hypolite: The New Executive Director of Hollywood CPR
Ashlee Hypolite is the newly appointed Executive Director of Hollywood Cinema Production Resources (Hollywood CPR), a distinguished nonprofit organization dedicated to generating employment opportunities and offering accessible workforce training for students hailing from underrepresented communities.12
In her new role, Hypolite will oversee the management of film and TV studios, nonprofit organizations, community colleges, industry leaders, and partnerships with unions. She will be leading the industry's first union-recognized below-the-line career pathway training program.1
Background and Experience
Prior to joining Hollywood CPR, Hypolite spearheaded social impact initiatives for Range Media Partners and Project 68. Her professional background also includes tenure at Creative Artists Agency and contributions to Time's Up, CAA Amplify, Full Story Initiative, and the CAA Alumni network.1
Hypolite graduated from Brandeis University, where she concentrated in politics, sociology, and legal studies. Her work experience extends globally, having taught through the French Ministry of Education in Castres, France, and worked at the Women's Initiatives for Gender Justice in Leiden, Netherlands.2

Raised in Massachusetts with Trinidadian roots, Ashlee is committed to creating opportunities for historically marginalized communities to be seen, heard, and empowered.2 In her previous role at the Entertainment Industry Foundation, she successfully managed a diverse portfolio of over 30 celebrity-guided funds, providing operational management and pioneering innovative approaches to maximize the reach and impact of each fund.2
Hypolite is dedicated to working collaboratively with companies to develop integrated, authentic, and practical strategies for program development, fundraising, and social and corporate responsibility initiatives. She is passionate about making a positive impact and managed the Social Change Fund United (SCFU), a philanthropic initiative created by Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Paul to address critical issues affecting the Black community.2
