Ashitha Bhagwan is a highly experienced and licensed corporate attorney, well-versed in advising companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including cross-border structuring, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, international investments, and commercial transactions. Her expertise also includes the representation of high-growth technology companies and investors worldwide.
