Ashish holds a diverse educational background with a focus on engineering, management, and data analytics. He pursued Graduate Courses in Engineering and Management at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Business Analytics Graduate Certificate, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Data Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also studied Computer Science at MIT and completed a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering with First Class honors from Heriot-Watt University, along with a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honors from Jadavpur University.

Ashish has gained professional experience across various renowned organizations. He currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon. Previously, he worked as a Data Scientist at Oilrox Resources, an MBA Consultant at IBM, and held the position of MBA Candidate & Sloan Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ashish also served as an Analytics Advisor at Valiance Solutions, Program Manager at Eni, Data Scientist/Reservoir Simulation Engineer at Eni's Advanced modeling and research group, and in various rotational roles including Operations/Project Lead and Engineering at Eni. He began his career as an International Graduate Trainee at Eni and held a role as a Manufacturing Executive at ITC Limited.
