Currently, Ashfia holds the position of Head of Professional Services & Support at R3, showcasing leadership skills and expertise in managing professional services.

Prior to R3, Ashfia held key roles in renowned organizations such as Development Manager at DA Systems Ltd., Global Commerce Development Manager at LEGO Group, Technical Team Lead at Spindrift, and Oracle Commerce Technical Lead at Epson.

With a rich history in diverse tech roles, Ashfia has also worked in various other capacities including Senior E-commerce Analyst at HSBC, ATG Consultant/J2EE Java Developer at several organizations like Woolworths, cchm, B&Q, and more.

The extensive experience includes roles such as ATG/Java Developer at Friends Provident, eBusiness Consultant at EUROPEAN TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS, and ATG Developer at Norwich Union, showcasing a deep understanding of e-commerce, consulting, and technical development.
