Asaf Lubin
Asaf Lubin is an accomplished law professor who focuses on intersecting areas of law such as cybersecurity, international law, privacy, national security, insurance, and torts law. In addition, he is interested in criminal procedure, conflict of laws, tech policy, human rights law, and investigations. Lubin holds a Doctor of the Science of Law degree as well as a Master of Laws in International Law from Yale Law School. He was also awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree, Magna Cum Laude, and International Relations from The Hebrew University. Lubin has taught at Yale University, Harvard University, and Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Moreover, he has affiliations with several organizations like the American Society of International Law, Yale Information Society Project, and Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, among others. Lubin has also served as the lead instructor of Yale Young Global Scholars and as a Robert L. Bernstein International Human Rights Fellow at Privacy International.
