Lead a team of 5 enterprise architects that together drive software architecture topic within the bank - impacting more than 500 DevOps teams.- Delivered Future State Architecture (FSA) of Channels, Containers, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture for the bank as blueprint for bank-wide implementation- Delivered guidelines on Serverless (FaaS) for the enterprise, addressing financial-institution-specific concerns, e.g., regulations, auditability- Setup sustainable architecture control process that support the agile way of working within the bank, chairing Architecture Review Board- Accountable for team deliverables: Future state workflow/case management system, no-code application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development. To perform my role effectively, I work closely with people with different roles, ranging from C-1, IT management, to solution architects.

Principal Enterprise Architect - Software Architecture

A technical consultant in the area of enterprise information systems with an excellent track record in multiple projects:➊ Successfully led the design of a Customer Self-Care in 3 major projects for a large international Dutch telco company. ➋ Led the architectural design, development, and adoption of automation tools to improve IT delivery and operation in its Business Intelligence department that saves approximately 70% test throughput time. ➌ Designed pilot B2C platform Internet of Things (IoT) system integration for a large telco client in the Netherlands towards successful national press release.➍ Developed IT enterprise architecture blueprints, thought leadership, and product decisions on strategic technologies for a major international utility company to anchor major digital transformation across 6 EU countries. The scope of technologies include digital marketing, cloud infrastructure, mobile development, artificial intelligence, and wearables.➎ Led solution architecture assessment of 10 initiatives across 3 EU countries, including web/mobile applications, chatbot solution, cloud-based middleware, and data analytics. As a member of Emerging Technology Group, he is the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process mining technologies and one of the main contributors of Accenture's architecture technical references. Associate Manager - Emerging Technology

Project : Replaying History on Process Models for Conformance Checking and Performance Analysis  (funded by a Dutch Research Institution, NWO)Developed a set of techniques to align process models with their executions in information systems to show bottlenecks and deviation patterns to support decision making that cut-off overall costs. They are used in more than 5 European research projects as well as in industrial settings, and implemented in the process mining tool ProM (publicly available from <a href="http://www.processmining.org">http://www.processmining.org</a>). In parallel to research activities, he also involved in educational activities such as supervising master students and becoming an instructor in Business Process Management Systems course for three straight years.Supervisor: Prof. dr. ir. PHD Researcher

Taught Software Development Project and Programming course for more than 70 and 200 students respectively. Organized an International Open Source Symposium in Bali, Indonesia with more than 100 participants. Conducted researches on data mining techniques based on bayesian network.
