Arvind Saraswat is a pro-active and result-oriented Engineering Associate Vice President with approximately 20 years of experience in Telecom Platforms and Products.

His key skills include E2E Business Planning and Execution, Project Development, Delivery, Life Cycle Management, and Stakeholder Management.

He has a strong track record of successfully delivering Medium & Large scale R&D projects in the Telecom domain, involving high complexity and multiple stakeholders across various locations.

With extensive People Management experience, Arvind has led and managed multiple teams of up to 70-80 people and demonstrated the ability to handle crises strategically to achieve turn-arounds.

Arvind Saraswat completed his Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He further pursued his MS in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a PGDIPR in Intellectual Property Rights and Regulations from IGNOU, New Delhi.

His professional journey includes roles at Huawei Technologies India, where he served as Associate Vice President, Director Of Engineering, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Developer, and Senior Technical Leader. Prior to that, Arvind worked as a Research Engineer at C-DOT.
