    Dr. Arvind Ravikumar is a distinguished professional and co-Director of the Energy Emissions Modeling and Data Lab (EEMDL) at the University of Texas at Austin. He is recognized for his expertise in evaluating new technologies for monitoring greenhouse gases and was instrumental in the development of the widely used FEAST model, employed by the US Environmental Protection Agency for formulating methane emissions regulations. His advisory roles extend to providing guidance on methane emissions policy to both state and federal governments, in addition to his current position on the Gas Pipeline Advisory Committee at the US Department of Transportation.

    Apart from his current role at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Ravikumar holds the esteemed position of a non-resident fellow at the Payne Institute for Public Policy at the Colorado School of Mines. His educational journey includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, along with previous studies at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, as well as Stanford University. Dr. Ravikumar has been associated with renowned institutions such as the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Johns Hopkins University - Paul H.
