Arun Shenoy

Arun Shenoy is a GRAMMY Award nominated Musician & Producer based in Singapore known for his versatile production style across various music genres.

He is the bandleader of the American jazz supergroup The Groove Project and the founder of Narked Records.

Shenoy gained international recognition with a GRAMMY Award nomination for his debut world fusion production titled RUMBADOODLE in 2012.

His collaboration with The Groove Project led to the release of the critically acclaimed album 'A Stagey Bank Affair,' which was chosen as Album of the Year by Jazziz Magazine.

In 2018, he explored a more intimate singer-songwriter facet of his art with the EP 'The Unplugged Songwriter Sessions.'

Continuing his musical journey, Shenoy reshaped The Groove Project in 2019 with a new lineup, releasing singles for their concept album Jazz Project.

He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science (Computations Audio and Music Research) from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.
