Artur Meyster

Artur Meyster is a prominent entrepreneur and technology leader, best known as the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Career Karma, a platform designed to assist individuals in finding job training programs and transitioning into tech careers. He co-founded Career Karma in 2018, and the company has since grown significantly, helping over 1 million workers navigate their career paths each month through coaching and mentorship.13

Before his entrepreneurial journey, Meyster worked in investment banking for three years. He later transitioned to software engineering by attending Hack Reactor, a coding bootcamp, where he developed his programming skills. Following his training, he worked as a software engineer at Funding Circle before fully committing to Career Karma.34

In addition to his role at Career Karma, Meyster is also the host of the "Breaking Into Startups" podcast, which features stories of individuals from non-traditional backgrounds who successfully entered the tech industry. This initiative aims to inspire and guide others looking to make similar transitions.12

Recently, in July 2024, Meyster announced his decision to step down from his day-to-day responsibilities at Career Karma to focus on personal growth and family, while still remaining involved with the company as a member of the Board of Directors.24
